📦 Where We Deliver:

We ship across all serviceable pin codes in India.

🚀 Dispatch Time:

All orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days from the date of order confirmation.

🕒 Delivery Time:

Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

  • 2–5 working days for metro cities
  • 6–7 working days for other regions

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to unforeseen courier delays or during festive seasons.

💸 Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) available at ₹150 extra


 🔄 Returns & Exchange Policy

Eligibility:

We accept exchange requests only — no refunds.

🔁 Exchanges:

You may request an exchange for:

  • Size issues
  • Manufacturing defect (must notify within 2 days of delivery)
  • Wrong item received

  • Share your order ID, reason for exchange, and an image (if applicable)
  •  Exchange request must be placed within 3 days of receiving the order

 🔄 Exchange Process:

  • Once approved, the item must be sent back unworn, unwashed, with tags intact.
  • Once we receive the original item, your new piece will be dispatched within 2-4 working days
  • Exchange pickup may be available in select PIN codes (or you may need to ship it back)


 ⚠️ Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Items bought during a sale or with a coupon code
  • Products that appear worn/damaged or are returned without tags

Cancellations

  • No cancellations allowed once the order is shipped.
